Refund policy

We have two separate refund policies: one for Corelify, and a 30-day policy for the rest of our products. This page contains both — please find the one that applies to your order.

Corelify: 90-day try it period Corelify comes with a 90-day try it period. The published research behind its two ingredients ran 8 to 12 weeks, so we want you to have long enough to actually finish the routine and judge it for yourself. This is a try it period, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. The conditions are short, and they are all set out here.

What you send back: You return the empty bottles from your order — all of them. • Ordered one bottle? Return one empty bottle. • Ordered three bottles? Return three empty bottles. • On a monthly subscription? Return the empty bottles for the deliveries you are asking us to refund. We cannot process a refund on a bottle that has not come back to us. If part of your order comes back and part does not, we refund only the bottles we receive.

What we refund, and what we do not: We refund the purchase price of the returned bottles. We do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order, or the postage you pay to send the bottles back — return shipping is at your expense, and we are not able to reimburse it or issue a prepaid label. So you are risking the shipping both ways. You are not risking the price of the product.

Why we ask for the empty bottles: Because a small number of people order a supplement, request a refund, and then resell the unopened product online. Asking for the empties closes that door. It also keeps the offer honest: the point is that you genuinely tried Corelify for long enough to form a view, and an empty bottle is the simplest proof of that. It is a low-risk way to try something new. It is not a way to get the product for free.

How to start a return: Email help@eternalspringsbio.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, then mail the empty bottles to: Eternal Springs Bio, 989 S Main St, Ste A, #469, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 Please email us before shipping anything back, so we can match your return to your order. Once your empties arrive we will process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. The 90-day try it period applies to Corelify only, and to US orders.

All other products: 30-day returns Not happy with your order? Within 30 days of delivery, send back the bottles from your order — empty, partly used or unopened — and we'll refund the price of every bottle we receive. One bottle ordered, one bottle back. No bottle, no refund. We don't refund the original shipping, and return postage is on you. Damaged or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, email help@eternalspringsbio.com right away and we'll ship a replacement or refund the product price.

Cancellations Cancel before your order is confirmed to ship and you get a full refund. Orders can't be cancelled once you receive a tracking number. Subscriptions: see our subscription policy.

Orders shipped outside the United States We do not ship to the European Union. For every order shipped outside the US: • VAT, import duties, customs fees and taxes are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility. We don't refund them, including when you didn't expect them. • Please check that dietary supplements, and each ingredient in them, can be imported into your country before you order. If customs holds, returns or destroys an order because your country restricts or prohibits the product, we can't refund it. • Shipping charges, both the original shipping and any return postage, are never refunded. • Refunds cover the product price only.

Refunds Once your returned bottle(s) arrive and the return is approved, we refund your original payment method within 2 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email help@eternalspringsbio.com.
