Refund policy
We have two seperate refund policies. One policy for our Corelify Product and a seperate 30-Day policy for the rest of our products. This page contains both policies. Please find the one that is applicable for your situation.
Corelify: 90-day try it period
Corelify comes with a 90-day try it period. The published research behind its two ingredients ran 8 to 12 weeks, so we want you to have long enough to actually finish the routine and judge it for yourself.
This is a try it period, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. The conditions are short, and they are all set out here.
What you send back
You return the empty bottles from your order — all of them.
- Ordered one bottle? Return one empty bottle.
- Ordered three bottles? Return three empty bottles.
- On a monthly subscription? Return the empty bottles for the deliveries you are asking us to refund.
We cannot process a refund on a bottle that has not come back to us. If part of your order comes back and part does not, we refund only the bottles we receive.
What we refund, and what we do not
We refund the purchase price of the returned bottles.
We do not refund:
- The original shipping and handling you paid on the order.
- The postage you pay to send the bottles back. Return shipping is at your expense, and we are not able to reimburse it or issue a prepaid label.
So you are risking the shipping both ways. You are not risking the price of the product.
Why we ask for the empty bottles
Because a small number of people order a supplement, request a refund, and then resell the unopened product online. Asking for the empties closes that door. It also keeps the offer honest: the point is that you genuinely tried Corelify for long enough to form a view, and an empty bottle is the simplest proof of that.
It is a low-risk way to try something new. It is not a way to get the product for free.
How to start a return
Email help@eternalspringsbio.com within 90 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back, so we can match your return to your order.
Once your empties arrive we will process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
The 90-day try it period applies to Corelify only, and to US orders. All other products follow the 30-day return policy set out below.
REMAINING STORE REFUND POLICY:
We have a 30-day return policy (with the exception of Corelify), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
